A Little About me:

I’m Joanne, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified LEAP Therapist, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Plant-Centered Chef, and Ornish-trained dietitian with expertise in cardiac nutrition, food sensitivities, menopause, and lifestyle medicine.

With over 25 years of experience in both clinical and wellness settings, I am committed to helping clients enhance their physical and emotional well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies, providing personalized guidance that supports lasting, meaningful health improvements. I strive to empower individuals to make informed choices that positively impact their lives.

My culinary expertise includes working as an assistant manager for a renowned food service company. As a certified plant-centered chef, I enjoy leading cooking demonstrations and transforming recipes to help clients achieve their health goals, while continuing to enjoy their favorite dishes.

Heart disease is deeply personal to me, as it runs in my family. This connection fuels my dedication to cardiac nutrition and my passion for helping others prevent and manage heart-related conditions. As a Nutrition Element Leader in the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program for reversing heart disease, I have developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals with chronic illnesses and guiding them toward improved well-being.
